Common topics

The app does not open or crashes

  • Make sure your Apple TV is running a supported version of tvOS.
  • Fully close the app and reopen it.
  • Restart your Apple TV and try again.

Animations seem slow

  • Close other apps using heavy system resources.
  • Restart the app.
  • Make sure your device is updated to the latest available tvOS version.

Music display is not updating as expected

  • Confirm that the music source is active and playing.
  • Close and reopen FlipJack.
  • Check any permissions the app may request.
